Hardware and firmware for equipment that has to work.

We design and build boards, firmware and software for the medical and industrial sectors. One single team follows the project from schematic to final testing, with no third parties in between.

02 — Our core team

Firmware development for medical devices.

Firmware is the part of a project the fewest people can follow, and the one we have been working in the longest. In a medical device the code drives actuators, sensors, alarms and traceability: a bug there is not a service outage, it is a clinical problem.

We write firmware next to the board we design: we choose the microcontroller while drawing the schematic, and that cuts revisions, approval time and production costs.

  • STM32 MCUs
  • Stepper and BLDC
  • CAN-BUS
  • Sensors and analog
  • Operator touch panels
  • Data traceability
  • Prototype debugging
  • Porting

03 — Custom projects · no minimum order

Custom devices, at the scale you really need.

+Multi-year supply

Many of our projects start as a single unit for one laboratory or one production line, and the same drawings end up in runs of thousands of pieces. Only the organisation changes, not the way we work: the first piece is already designed for the series.

04 — Fields, expertise, services

What we do, in three lines.

01

Applications

Regulated or critical environments, where reliability and documentation are not negotiable.

  • Medical devices
  • Respiratory care and radiology
  • Industrial automation
  • Production and testing plants
  • Industry 4.0
  • Built-to-order equipment
02

Expertise

The whole cycle handled in-house, from printed circuit board to embedded code. Medical devices are developed in accordance with IEC 62304 and ISO 13485.

  • Firmware development
  • Schematic capture and PCB routing
  • Custom devices
  • Software development
03

Services

Alongside design work, a laboratory for the sanitising and repair of electromedical devices, with qualified personnel following the manufacturer's procedures. Two hydrogen peroxide units disinfect even equipment while it is running. The whole process is tracked on an in-house portal, and the work follows ISO 13485.

  • Medical equipment repair
  • Electromedical sanitising
  • CEI EN 60601-1
  • IEC 62353
  • IT services
